1st CALL FOR PROPOSALS OF COMMON PROJECTS
First call for proposals:
The 1st call for project proposals aims to select high-quality cross-border projects in which the relevant actors work together to make border regions more resilient to common challenges, find common solutions in areas such as environment, research, education, transport , sustainable energy, tourism, health and others, and to exploit the untapped development potential in the border regions, while strengthening the cooperation process for the purposes of the overall harmonious development of the Union. Under the 1st Call for Project Proposals, proposals can be submitted based on the program priorities and specific objectives.
Eligibility:
Eligible candidates for this Call for Project Proposals are the organizations that fall into the following categories of potential Beneficiaries:
national, regional or local public bodies
public law bodies (as defined in article 2 paragraph 4 of Directive 2014/24/EU)
private law bodies, non-profit organizations established under private law
international organizations registered under the national law of the Program Member States
European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation (EGTC)
Composition of joint ventures:
As a minimum requirement, the project partnership must include 2 partners, at least one from each Member State. The cooperation program must not exceed 5 partners. The project partnership will consist of two types of beneficiaries, the Principal Beneficiary (LB) and the Project Beneficiary (PB).
Available budget:
The available budget of the call will be approximately € 54,910,791.07, while the funding rate is 75%.
